How it works: blue light exposure triggers skin cells to produce melanin and promotes activity in melanocytes, leading to a deeper, smoother complexion as pigment migrates toward the surface. For full-body irradiation while lying down, maintain a distance of 30–50 cm from the lamp. Use 1–2 sessions per day, with each session lasting 20–30 minutes. Continued use beyond two months may yield improvements, though results vary by individual.
The unit includes a timer with adjustable exposure from 5 to 30 minutes to help prevent overexposure. About 30 minutes of daily sun exposure typically yields natural color development within 20–30 days.
