Method 2: Watch App on iPhone — Open the Watch app, tap All Watches at the top left, and verify the case/watch size.
Select “49mm” if your Apple Watch is 49mm (Ultra / Ultra 2 / Ultra 3).
Select “46mm / 45mm / 44mm” if your Apple Watch is 46mm (Ultra/Series 10,11), 45mm (Series 7, 8, 9), or 44mm (Series 6, 5, 4 or SE).
Select “42mm / 41mm / 40mm” if your Apple Watch is 42mm (Series 10, 11), 41mm (Series 7, 8, 9), or 40mm (Series 6, 5, 4 or SE).
Select “38mm” if your Apple Watch is 38mm (Series 3, 2, or 1).
